About Alexandria
My philosophy
Sex can be an integral part of who we are and how we connect with others. Society consistently sends messages about what’s “normal” and those messages can confine and harm us. I help people accept and explore their sexuality beyond stereotypes, religious confines, and taboos.
I am dedicated to creating a supportive, judgment-free place to talk. I use compassion, humor, and real connection to make the hard conversations easier. Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and intentional. My approach draws on my experience with individual, couple, and group therapy. I am especially passionate about supporting sexual confidence, men’s issues, and desire discrepancy in romantic relationships.
